Practical info & equipment
Arrive 30 minutes before your activity with your swimsuit and towel to get properly equipped.
- Receive your equipment (board, helmet, lifejacket provided).
- Attend the safety briefing to learn the best practices on the water.
- Then head to the pontoon for your first start.

Important : Standard equipment is included.
Refunds for activities can only be made online, via your customer account. All refunds are made in the form of prepaid, available on your customer account. You can use your prepaid to book other activities or in our beach bar & restaurant.
Cancellation fees
- 25% of the price if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
- 75% of the price if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
- 100% of the price if you don’t come at all!
Please note if we have to close or interrupt activities due to bad weather (mainly when there is a risk of lightning or strong winds), we automatically refund the amount to your customer account, or, in agreement with you, we postpone the session. If part of the activity has been completed, we will reimburse it on a pro rata basis.
