Our aquapark consists of a course with inflatable water games, for the pleasure of children, teenagers and families in search of sports and fun.

For your organization, plan to arrive 30 min. before your session, with your bathing suit and towel. Vous irez ensuite vous équiper avec le matériel de sécurité. You will then attend the safety briefing to help you adopt good practices on the water and then head for the aquapark 🙂

Accessible from 6 years old. Accompanied by an adult until 10 years old.

Member Pass : the Membre Pass offers reduced rates as mentionned above under « Membre rate ». The Member Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase at the following rates:

• Adults (18 years +): 59 €/year
• Children (17 years -): 39 €/year
• Inhabitants of Bartenheim: 0€/year (on presentation of a certificate of residence)

The Member Pass also offers reduced rates on wakeboarding and stand-up paddling.

Refunds for activities can only be made online via your customer account (https://east-park.wakesys.com). All refunds are in the form of prepaid to the customer account. You can use your prepaid card to book other activities or in our beach bar & restaurant.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• 25% of the price if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance
• 75% of the price if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance
• 100% of the price if you don’t come at all

If we have to close or interrupt activities due to bad weather (mainly when there is a risk of lightning or strong winds) we automatically refund the amount in the customer account, or in agreement with you, we postpone the session. If part of the activity has been completed, we will reimburse on a pro rata basis.
