Internal Rules
By entering the East Park website or purchasing a product or service from East Park, each visitor agrees to these terms and conditions.
1. Respect for nature and the site
- The East Park site is a natural area that is constantly changing. All visitors are required to respect this environment.
- It is forbidden to leave the marked paths when walking.
- It is forbidden to enter areas that are not open to the public.
- It is forbidden to take branches, plants, or animals.
- It is forbidden to feed wild animals (swans, ducks, geese, fish, etc.).
2. Safety and behavior
- All visitors must behave in such a way that they never disturb or endanger others.
- Visitors who cannot swim are not allowed to enter the water, even with a life jacket.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Swimming is strictly prohibited—the water areas are not supervised for this purpose.
- It is prohibited to climb on the ski lift towers or high-voltage lines.
- Use of East Park activities is at the user’s own risk.
- Instructions and briefings from staff must be strictly followed.
3. Vehicles, mobility, and access
- Motorized vehicles are not permitted on the site (except in the parking lot).
- The lower parking lot is reserved for people with reduced mobility or those with authorization.
- Bicycles are only allowed up to the parking lot and must be securely locked there..
4. Animals
- Dogs and other pets are not allowed on site, except with express permission or for service animals (e.g., guide dogs for blind people).
5. Alcohol, food, and prohibited substances
- It is prohibited to bring and consume personal food or beverages. Exceptions may be granted upon prior request (schools, after-school centers, etc.).
- Coolers and barbecues (BBQs) are prohibited.
- The bringing and consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Shishas are prohibited.
6. Nuisances and fires
- Music is prohibited throughout the site.
- It is prohibited to light fires (including fireworks).
7. Camping and opening hours
- Camping is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to be on the site outside of opening hours.
8. Objects and equipment
- Lost property must be handed in to staff.
- Metal detectors are prohibited.
- Fishing is prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained.
- Floating pontoons are reserved for users of water sports activities within the limits set by staff.
9. Groups and events
- Group events must be announced in advance.
10. Penalties
- Any violation of the rules and regulations may result in immediate expulsion from the site.
