Part of our lake is devoted exclusively to stand-up paddling. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature while gliding on our water.

SUP boards and safety equipment are available for rent. You will be supervised by our team on the practice of this activity.

Accessible from the age of 8.

Member Pass: the Membre Pass offers reduced rates as mentionned above under « Membre rate ». The Member Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase at the following rates:

• Adults (18 years +): 59 €/year
• Children (17 years -): 39 €/year
• Inhabitants of Bartenheim: 0 €/year (on presentation of a certificate of residence)

The Member Pass also offers reduced rates on wakeboarding and aquapark.

Refunds for activities can only be made online via your customer account (https://east-park.wakesys.com). All refunds are in the form of prepaid to the customer account. You can use your prepaid card to book other activities or in our beach bar & restaurant.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• 25% of the price if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance
• 75% of the price if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance
• 100% of the price if you don’t come at all

If we have to close or interrupt activities due to bad weather (mainly when there is a risk of lightning or strong winds) we automatically refund the amount in the customer account, or in agreement with you, we postpone the session. If part of the activity has been completed, we will reimburse on a pro rata basis.
