Here you can find all information about our cable. You can order your pass online or come directly to the East Park to purchase your pass on site.
Wakeboarding is practiced on a waterski lift and is accessible to all, including beginners, from 8 years old. Kneeboarding (ideal for beginners), water skiing or wakeboarding, you will discover the joys of gliding thanks to the advice of our operators who will supervise you. They help you to make your wakeboard starts, to turn in the turns, to leave the water…
The Wakeboard activity is supervised by qualified people.

For your organization, plan to arrive 30 min. before your session, with your bathing suit and towel. You will then go to equip yourself with the material provided (board, helmet and flotation vest). You will then attend the “safety briefing” to help you adopt good practices on the water and then head to the pontoon for your first departure 🙂
Accessible from the age of 8.
When you come for the first time, a registration and the purchase of the Wakesys wristband (operating system of the water sports base) are required.
A cost of 5€ is to be expected, to be paid only once, the wristband (valid for life) belongs to you and will allow you to practice the activity on our cable as well as on all the cables of the planet which uses the Wakesys system (150 ski lifts).
The following equipment is provided free of charge:
- life vest
- protective helmet
- board: kneeboards, water skis and wakeboards
Wetsuits and wakeboards / boots for experienced people are available for rent.

Member Pass: the Membre Pass offers reduced rates as mentionned above under « Membre rate ». The Member Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase at the following rates:
- Adults (18 years +): 59 €/year
- Children (17 years -): 39 €/year
- Inhabitants of Bartenheim: 0 €/year (on presentation of a certificate of residence)
The Member Pass also offers reduced rates on the acquapark and stand-up paddling.

* With the off-season pass I have unlimited access to the water ski lift during opening hours in April, May, September and October. With the off-season pass, I also get discounts on various activities at East Park (including the water ski lift in high season).
The basic material is included in the price. The following equipment can be rented:
- 1h wakeboard rental with boots : 8 €
- Additional 1 hour rental: 3 €
- 2h wakeboard rental with boots (2 consecutive hours) : 12€
- Wakeboard day rental with boots : 21 €
- Wetsuit rental 1h / 2h / day : 5 € / 8 € / 10 €
Refunds for activities can only be made online via your customer account (https://east-park.wakesys.com). All refunds are in the form of prepaid in your customer account. You can use your prepaid to book other activities or in our beach bar & restaurant.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
- 25% of the price if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance
- 75% of the price if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance!
- 100% of the price if you don’t come at all
If we have to close or interrupt activities due to bad weather (mainly when there is a risk of lightning or strong winds) we automatically refund the amount in the customer account, or in agreement with you, we postpone the session. If part of the activity has been completed, we will reimburse on a pro rata basis.
